Ok... I want to make a custom Strap Loader...
I extracted and edited all the required stuff, but i don't know how to replace the files with the originals to make it...

So can anyone help me make it?

Download the Strap of your region (StrapEn, I'm assuming)

Get Brawlbox

Open the pac with brawlbox. Extract whatever textures from it you need. Edit the texture(s) (brawlbox will save them in png format)  however you want. Replace the textures after you're done. Save.
