i think she should have a heavy jump for her upB, something like DeDeDe. She would leave a puff of smoke under her legs and just... JUMP! Nothing has to happen when she lands either (but if you're gonna give her the jump, mite as well give her the attack that comes after it too).
His B, his fireblast, is like MKs dair, only 3x as big. -__- Overpowered edgeguard...get! He can jump over the ledge, fireblast, down-B, up-B and essentially form an impenetrable wall of gimping chaos. Fireblast stops everything except airdodging through it, which the followup down-B will prevent, and then if they try to recover from that up-B will hit them out of their recovery as you rise to hog the ledge.
I may have read this wrong twice, but It seems he's talking about dair to vB to ^B. If I dont have SRS (selective reading syndrome), then that's pretty much what he said, to which i say "Ney."
I think his Dair should be taken straight from Capt. Falcon. It looks like a move M.C. would probably do, if he had the choice. Plus, the metal boots... seems about right.
As for up smash, He could do something like a roundabout uppercut, but with his gun in hand. So it would look something like the end of Ganon's upB, but have the arc of Ness's Up smash. If that's possible.
Couldn't really think of a decent upSmash for him, but I really think the Dair should be the good ol' stomp (and if you could add a small fire effect to the animation to look like rockets...)

Actually, I'm waiting for your updated Halibel, if you plan on updating one. Halibel's one of my fav. characters from Bleach (second only to Yoruichi). I saw in the picture that her kicks are blue, so I was going to fix her up myself... but I'm a certified procrastinator Srsly, I am, I have a license and everything.

(I just noticed someone ate dingo's berries) I love their learning curve. I've been trying to tell a friend of mine that they do, in fact, adapt to the playstyle of the user, but he said "noooooo." By the way, have any of you seen a CPU Snake use the snakeslide?
Please take Miacis' suggestions into account, ESPECIALLY the freefall. I took Aeon out; replaced him with Assassin Marth. If you can provide changes that allow him to flow better, attack fairer (the range game is ridiculously abusive), and not be so field dominant, I'll be more than happy to play alongside, as, and against Aeon. But for now, he's just too glitchy and unfair.
There were a lot of issues and I found it easier to just trash him than respond, so I'm sorry for that... I'm also glad Miacis hit the majority of my points. If you can make the necessary changes to try to balance him out, I'll give him another shot and give you my assessment.
*mangasm* DUDE HIS PICTURE IS AWESOME!!! He reminds me of the protagonist from Red Steel, because he has both sword skills and gun skills. I wish I knew how to make PSAs, I'd definitely create this guy's moveset. When I'm done messing with the project I'm doing, I'll start writing up some skills for Quanno. I already have a general idea of how I want him to look when he moves (Marth attack speed, Metaknight ground speed, Sheik air speed), I just have to match him with some good movesets.
Quanno, I'm going to bring you to life. But then again... it IS you after all, so you can correct me in the event I make an attack set you weren't thinking about.
You know what I would love to see? Quanno. That anime-ish dude in the pic and sig of Quanno. I assume that would be Quanno... Put him over Zero Suit Samus. It wont be gay if you do it right. >.>
