To be honest, I kind it kinda humorous. PAVGN probably would have left it alone at least for a while had you not egged him on in the first place.
Let people do want they want to do, it's not like you have a copyright on the model either way. If it was a custom model though, completely made by you with your own character, then you could really complain about it.
Either way, just continue on with your work as normal. I'm just gonna pretend I don't even know what people are doing with some of the Pokemon models I ported to GMod.

. . . am i seeing my computer screen right? cause i think i am looking at the best vertex of Mario Not really a vertex hack as I'm adding completely new model parts, but I'm glad you think it looks good! That is one amazing Mario, how long did it take to make?
If you open to requests then could I request Crash Bandicoot over whoever you feel like?
Well so far it's about 5 hours of work, but I'm not quite finished yet. Also your request has been added to the first post.

Well, some of you guys may know me as "that guy that makes GMod models", or "RTB's brother". Anyway, ever since the new BrawlBox came out I decided I'd like to try my hand at making new things for Brawl. So far I only have pictures of my current WiP, I'm having trouble exporting it to DAE because of some skinning issues, but once that's done it'll be ready for release: And seeing as I don't really have much else right now, I'll list my ideas here so they can be reserved for later. - Western Mario [Current WiP]
- Heavy Weapons Guy (TF2) over Donkey Kong
- Tank (L4D) over Donkey Kong
- Bill (L4D) over Snake
- Scout (TF2) over Captain Falcon
- Sonic Unleashed 360 model over Sonic (Basically a higher-res Sonic)
- Somari (Sonic on Mario's body over Mario) and Somari (Mario with Sonic's shoes over Sonic)
- Crash Bandicoot over Mario/Sonic, I'll decide later (requested by slawter)
- [INFORMATION WITHHELD]
- Remake of my Mystic Cave level in full 3D
- Nucleus (TF2) level
- Sky Sanctuary from Sonic Generations level (obviously at a later time)
I'm also open to requests as long as they're not too complex. Keep in mind though I'm involved in a bunch of communities and I do these on my spare time, so it's not like this is my job or something. Of course, comments and criticism are always welcome.

Noob question comming up!! what does BJ mean when he says "Export Y-Up" does he mean just select the whole model then rotate it then export, because i tried that and the bones where upright but the model was still face down. help plz.
Basically when exporting make sure it looks like this: Now all these plugins in the OP are for older versions of 3ds max but will the exporter be fine if we're using 2012 student copy? I thought I did everything right but it still isn't working and i'm wondering if this is why
2012's DAE exporter and I think importer don't work. I suggest getting 2010, you can still get a completely free and legitimate student key for that one.

Oh man, this is so awesome. I have so many good ideas I can't wait to do. I first started out with a test by adding some things to Mario, and for the most part it worked. Only problems were that it wouldn't import until RTB helped me re-UV map Mario's eyes so they weren't using multiple layers (because BrawlBox won't import 'em for some reason), and something that can only be described as "technoveralls", they change depending on what angle you look at them. Glad I had RTB to help me out with this, it can be pretty confusing for a newbie like me.
