Model help

I have MeleeMaster500's strong badman model that I got to work on luigi.  But I have problems.  
To start, when he runs, it just goes through the run cycle in the same place.  Also, his upB move goes up, then teleports directly where it started.  
If anybody could help me, that would be great.

alright, so i looked at it, and i have one question, is there a particular reason for putting him over Luigi?  Little Mac's TransN is 2, but Luigi's is 6.  if you put him over a character that also has a TransN of 2, that will fix the running glitch.

I put it on because of the moves.  What characters have a transn of 2>

TransN 2 characters: DK, Lucas, Metaknight, all pokemon except Lucario, Samus, Shiek, Toon Link, Wario.

and Little Mac over Lucas.  it's hexed so it will show up without a smash ball, the walk/run glitch wont be a problem, and it should work normally now.  oh, and it does still have the Strongbad man texture.  if you have any other problems or questions, just ask.
