...to be completly honest with you blackjax i think the model importer needs to wait longer than a month to be released....maybe even until january..so vertexing could have least gone on a full year and so you can truly perfect this..and so this wont happen

Scenario :

1) you release the model importer

2) everyone gos "model crazy"...BUT there are very few models of chars for games..the only real models right now..that are for the public..are kingdom hearts, pokemon, and naruto..all other models will have to be rigged not to mention models from xbox games cant be obtained yet (so if you were thinking you would get a perfect *insert xbox char here* your wrong)

3) since every one will be going "model crazy" and since the lack of models..there will be alot of people making the SAME MODEL at the SAME TIME
causing many arguements and spam..not to mention things that made modding truly competitve and fun "SKILL and CREATIVITY" will mean nothing anymore

4) also because of the lack of good models people will complain there are to many naruto or kingdom hearts chars being released OR people will find these unknown chars no one has heard of and the brawl vault will be filled with useless chars

5) vertexers will most likely quit vertexing and leave brawl modding... leaving the brawl vault to be DOOMED....

6) after a year or however so months models will have takin over the vault and by the time vertexing is completly wiped out the new SSB for wii u will be about to be released...so brawl modding will have almost come to a complete stop because people will be to busy going like "" from the new smash bros

now im not saying what your doing is outstanding and epic but my suggestion is hold off on the importer.. at least until janury or more models are ripped... because id hate to see every  character from one series on the vault...

Also, if the model importer is done, he's gonna release it. He's not gonna wait to release it. That would be a waste of time

actually no it wouldnt be a waste because im sure a few weeks or a month after this is released they ll think of somthing new to make this run even faster and easier

That's a pretty strange view.
There are tons of models out there, and as someone pointed out earlier, you can make your own custom models. You want a cheeseburger with viking arms and fluffy tail? You can make it; it's not out there.

It should be expected that there will be a huge influx of Naruto/Kingdom Hearts/Sonic imports. Postponing a release won't change athing. And why would vertex hackers leave? It's not like everyone can import a model.

um..most vertexers already did leave because of this..and no there actually arent a ton of models yet...by the hype this is getting the amount of models thats out there wont last a month

LOL, I think your being alittle to dramatic, their are still people here that still vertex, this modal importer won't change that, it might improve their vertexing skills and of course their gonna be alot of model imports, but at lease people that vertex work hard....
