Anyway, I already have edited my modlauncher XML to have FPC's file system -- I don't need the XML your suggesting me. My SD card and RiiFS folder both have the exact same files and folders. Whatever I place in the RiiFS folder while running riifs.exe and Brawl- won't appear in the game. I just want an explanation for that, please. It seems barely anyone knows how to work this stupid RiiFS thing, huh? |

I am using the normal Riivolution but I want to try RiiFS as well. That way when I want new hacks I don't have to keep turning off my game. |

Well I'm sorry but I'm really trying to get help on this. I've posted on Smash Mods, Smashboards, All is Brawl and here, and they just sit around and absolutely no one is helping. I have no where else to turn; what do you expect me to do? Never figure out my problem? Not trying to sound rude at all or anything, but I would be forever bugged if I know I can never solve a problem. Almost all of my problems I've posted on this forum previously have been solved, this seems to be the only one that almost no one knows. I know some people know how to do this because I have a friend who is an All is Brawl mod that is a Riivolution expert and uses RiiFS. He is currently helping me over Skype about RiiFS, but he doesn't come online much. |

Also, are you using a connection that isn't yours? (such as: Searching For an Access Point and choosing your neighbor's access point) RiiFS will NOT work if you use a connection that is not owned by you.
If you don't get the sentence above, I will explain it a bit better:
If you aren't using your own connection (wireless or wired) streaming from your computer to your Wii, RiiFS will not work.

What could I have possibly done wrong? I have RiiFS working and it even connected to my game once, but I just need to know why it doesn't read the hacks I put in the folders in C:\Program Files\RiiFS. I even had a Riivolution expert named Midnite on All is Brawl help me with all the RiiFS stuff and not even he can get it to work. He got the old RiiFS to work but he can't get the newer RiiFS I'm using to work. Probably because it's more convoluted. |
