Is there really nothing else I can do? No one has a for sure answer as to whats going on? I've already tried reformatting the SD card and redownloading everything, but nothing seems to be working. Are you 100% sure that all I need is the file patch code active? I don't need any other code active in order to have things working?

ur not using a sc_selchar and a common5 r u? they can conflict with each other in gecko. u only need the sc_selchar.pac file and the file patch code for CSPs

Okay so, tell me the files I Do need in order to be able to have stage mods, music mods, character replacement mods (ie. Sephiroth over Marth) WITHOUT having that annoying freeze at the Character Selection Screen OR the Stage Selection Screen

Okay so, tell me the files I Do need in order to be able to have stage mods, music mods, character replacement mods (ie. Sephiroth over Marth) WITHOUT having that annoying freeze at the Character Selection Screen OR the Stage Selection Screen
1) for stage mods u should only need the .pac file and maybe an rel file if it comes with one 2) music u only need the .brstm file named as the file ur replacing (does not work for pal users) 3) sephi for marth u need the the moveset, animation, and the texture/vertex, (ex. u should have fitmarth.pac, fitmarth0 x.pac, fitmarth0 x.pcs, fitmarthmotion.etc) the x should be replaced with the costume value u want Marth
00-Original
01-Red
02-Green
03-Blue
04-Black
05-White remember rel edits will not work on pal wii's hope that helps |

u may have a currupted menu try removing the sc_selchar and selmap.pacs see if it fixes it |

When I said Riivo with Gecko OS directory i meant this. http://www.mediafire.com/?8vj8809jx1nc8po try running like you would with gecko os, but remove file patch code and alternate file data (if you have). then load it and see what happens? i was just suggesting this to see if it was just gecko os was the problem. |

@8o8Dark: Alright so, I launched Brawl via Riivolution, and everything was running fine, no screen freezes. But the only thing is that the CSP for Sephiroth does not show up. Music works fine (no surprise), But it's just that the CSP for Sephiroth over Marth00 does not show up on the CSS.
