Missing Files for the NTSC-U partiton

If you are experiencing errors while browsing the Vault (windows only saying "Problem:"),

try turning the SafeSearch OFF, or the Facebook app ON.

Check this picture if you don't know where to change those.

Although, there's something that's been buggin' me. What is "410" supposed to be? When I open it, all the textures are blank. Is it an unused character space or something?
