When I add CSP's I always get the Final Size to big error. I colors on some big portraits but I still get the error >.< anyone can help me?

    It's dangerous to go alone! Take this.

    Grab the cupash_step2.pl out of there and put it in your current CUPASH folder, replacing the one you currently have. See if it works then.

    Make sure that all the big portraits are a size of 128x160 pixels.  Also, most portraits that you create should not have more than 72 colors when you index them.  You can do all of this with The GIMP, but portraits relating to Mr. G&W should be indexed through Photoshop, just to be safe.

    On a side note, small portraits need to be a size of 48x56 pixels, and have no more than 32 colors.

    but that means I have to reduce colours too ALL 253 >.<
