That Zero is awesome! Are you planning on making his feet bigger? That's probably the only thing he would need to be perfect.

 Sadly that's one of the things I had to scrap. They get effed up if I tried to make 'em Zero sized. I'll keep trying on it though. |

Glitchy vertexes? just move them in the opposite direction in the patched version.
I mean yeah, select the off verts before it's patched then move them after you morph it.

Did you try going the opposite route and making his limbs all slim and cylindrical like in X8? |
