My SD card whacked out

Can anyone help?  I had alot of hacks on my SD card, and then I put some of my brawl photos/replays on my SD Card to save space on my WiiU, and now my SD card only contains these:
-A folder named nothing, it's un-openable, and un-deletable
-A folder named "½vE", can't open it, can't delete it
-A folder named "H╝╦D
", can't open it, can't delete it
-A folder named "q.E╣", can't open it, can't delete it
-System files/normal files named
"}wE"
"½¬E"
"6vE"
"a½E"
"baE"
"Çü   E÷"
"öqE"
"Q⌐E"
"tE"
"x"
" x-E"
"ΓrE"

And I can't open or delete ANY of them... My SD card is practically broken and I'm more broken in money I'm not saving.

HELP!!

Format your SD card. You will lose everything in it, but it saves you money, and it seems like you can't get your files anyway. Hope you have a backup of everything.
Or you can use an USB and hope it sorts its self out over time.
