Project M Development Build and a few questions.

This is apparently a development build of Project M that was leaked. I have a few questions about this.
1. Is this legit?
2. Does anyone have any plans to "finish" it?
What I mean is that some of the characters are unfinished. Knuckles is most finished, and Isaac is basically prototype. Does anyone plan on finishing these characters?
Anyway, for the uneducated, Project M Dev team quit.
Hopefully this gets out there.

Um, yeah... so please don't finish it. Please just don't. The PMDT was facing a potential lawsuit(A really expensive one), and that's why they quit updating it. So by continuing their work and releasing it, that would be detrimental to them, so I would ask that you please not do that. Finish it for a DFW group, sure! Go ahead! But I, for one, would certainly ask the PMDT's permission before you continue that.(Or at least someone who knows quite a bit about PM, like Albafika or Br3)
