    Not like that, I already use brawlbox, I meant one as in to open the common.pac files to replace items with other items.

    I repeat: BrawlBox. If you mean just the models, you can easily swap the MDL0s; if you mean the actual item abilities and stuff, I believe you can edit the code as well as the model best with BrawlBox.(e.g. Putting a starman over a home-run bat would utilize replacing the MDL0 of the bat with the starman and changing the code to make you invincible)

    Yup; and if the bones are different(They should be the same, though, so probably no worries), I know some tricks up my sleeve to make them the same.
