I tried to make it WiFi compatible and failed..so if anyone wants to try and edit this and make it wifi safe please do, thanks.
Basically a recolor of SuperGuzzi's SV texture. With a blue theme and blue acid rain.

First Smashville texture with a rotating background! This background is already over FD & BF, so why not put it over SV? The stage is in a clockwork tower with cogs and levers in the background as you battle and get a tour of the inside tower as many levers and cogs move back and forth. This may be my best texture yet! *WIFI SAFE*
This took a while, went through many freezes to perfect this...kinda. The asteroids are blue, idk why. The stage texture along with the outer space bg looks great, the bg moves along the stage swiftly as asteroids pass around. I used the bg and stuff from chuy's menu and the platform texture from flamegoop's shadowbug stage. There are 2 versions, the one in the video is the one named stgvillagegalaxy.pac(the better version) the other has large red asteroids and blue ones in the bg.
