As I mentioned in my Alm entry, my original plan was to do Alm for Roy and Celica for Marth, here because Celica is depicted with a headpiece similar to Marth's in her early-game artwork. Having switched to Ike for Alm, though, I was able to stop ignoring the loud and very real problem with these designs: Marth is not who has t3h ph1r3.
Roy's armour ended up being a pretty good analogue for Celica's, and he is the only of the three to have the two-tone cape to match hers, so really everything worked out great. I am very pleased with both entries.

His cape I was able to delete with stable success, but beneath his headband exists an unfortunate lack of forehead so I was unable to remove that without compromising the model's aesthetic integrity. Also unfortunate is that the ties are in with the headband object itself, and I am not wizard enough to hex them away, so present they remain—though I do not believe they remove from the skin terribly.

In celebration of the release of Hollow Knight for Steam (and, soon, the Switch), I present a quick-ish reskin of Meta Knight's Butterfly alt (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=209741) in the style of HK's protagonist.
Hollow Knight is an indie metroidvania and it is fucking incredible. The controls; the aesthetic and setting; the gameplay; the story; the semicolons do not stop. As a Melee/PM fan it speaks sagas to my sensibilities. I without hesitation recommend it.
Also, Meta Knight's moveset is pretty reminiscent of HK's, and the horns and general bug theme make this a hilariously easy iteration.

Halloween edit of Theytah's Return to Dreamland: Night. It began more graveyard-akin in theme, with greys and fading and will-o-the-wisps, but eventually fell to the primordial allure of fire and brimstone. The stars became the spiritual echo of leaves once possessed, while the other stars got flipped up-ways in delivery of the underhood this world is defined by? And that one last star is a sickly corrupted dying warp or something. Aesthetics.
Scarfy is a demon. Whispy's eyes fake glow when he turns. Probably other stuff I've forgotten having added along the way, too.
My main machine's hard drive suffered a physical failure so I'm using my old laptop while its data is recovered (fortunately I had this and inverted FoD on my SD). This thing does not possess the resources for me to be comfortable putting time into investigating and learning more about brawl's filesystems and PM as a package, so the water remains blue despite my efforts, and the leaf animations green. While I ended up growing to enjoy the leaves as they are, I would have liked to change the water to be perhaps an ashen grey.
In fact, that would totally complete the sentiment. Please, if you know how to do this—if I need to add a new determinator somewhere or something—hit me up with a message and we will make it happen. Otherwise, I'll probably get round to it eventually.
Once the discontent has eaten away at enough of my repression.

Vanilla (PM 3.6) Fountain of Dreams wherein every texture is inverted. Shadows where light ought be, and light where before was found shadow. Character lighting is a soft green inverse to the default equally soft pink, and the background is a mildly obnoxious white which could present problematic on a CRT using s-video—truly a nightmare scenario.

Packaged with the stage and SSS stuff is the Fountain of Dreams music reversed, in the form of a neat looping BRSTM, which really succeeds in completing the aesthetic to provide an eerie, thematically evocative medium in which battle may be achieved.
Dreams; dimensions; worlds in parallel, mirror and contrary to that which we know. Defined by as thus. Betraying of as so.
Dreams may not live—be of and true their own. They may not dye the fabric about which they are sown.
But dreams may die.

Gild of gold complements a rare bloodwood base and the rich shag of regal plum upon.
Saw a throne bare of purple, the colour of royalty, and decided something needed to be done. Trials, errors, twists and tweaks later, here we are. I experimented for a while and determined none of the shades of purple I picked worked quite so neatly with the default lighting as those pre-present in the curtains and flags, so I forewent my creative pride and used them. I am absolutely satisfied with the result.

It and other tracks similar in feel (sombre, lucid) are the template according to which this visual harmony came to be. I welcome you to interpret it via designs of your choosing and create for it your own ambiguous canon.
The platforms are still influenced by the default blue and red lighting. It keeps with the 'shade' gesture and looks really rad.

God Tier Rose textures for Marth. Included: Regular Marth skin w/blonde hair; Blank skin w/blank hair (which also serves as a general Light player template); their respective CSPs and BPs (please make your own I did a terrible job).
I neglected the use of exact canonical colours in favour of approximations since this is really only a proof of concept.
