The picture is exactly how he looks in Brawl, except in Brawl he appears smoother, because the picture is only a screenshot of the brawl box model editor.

The Blue And Black Assassin is a texture hack for Toon Link. This gives Toon Link a realistic thief's mask, a black outfit and dark blue arsenal equipment. The slashes have also been modified. Will soon be updated with more phazon effects and fixed animations.
