UPDATE: Now features individual folder for vBrawl and Project+ versions, as well as a Giga Bowser variant for the latter.

My very first submission. Basically, I spliced the black and blue palettes together, added the spike and claw details from the default palette, and presto!

Note: Does not come with CSPs, BPs, or Stock Icons.

(For those unaware, within the data of Super Mario All-Stars is an unused palette that appears to affect Bowser, and was meant for the particular Fake Bowser known as Bowser's Brother. But, due to the palette clashing with the real Bowser's flames, it was scrapped and left unused.) Enjoy! :)
