Here's a resource I made for every character to be edited with brawlscript. Each folder contains the textures and models imported into a 3DS Max 9 file along with all of their vertex sets imported and set to morpher modifiers for some main polygons.
These folders let you work on vertex editing characters with the entire importing process done already. It's helpful for those having trouble with initial vertex editing steps or those who only have newer versions of max (and can find someone to export in a compatible version).

*G&W weapons excluded (due to amount) and pikmin vertices can't be edited by the current version of brawlscript (small mdl0 value handling)
