A recreation of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate title screen in Brawl. This one isn't the same as Isaacvalen's Ultimate Title Screen. The link includes the .pac file as well as HD textures for Dolphin users.

Rename the file as "sc_title.pac" and place it in the menu2 folder of your mod.
This was made using a clean sc_title_en.pac from Brawl and replaced and repositioned the textures imported from Ultimate's title screen. Enjoy!
