Well it took about a week but I was able to recreate SSBU's Sephiroth in PMEX. It runs on both Dolphin and console and should be compatible with P+ too. Not known to cause any crashes. IMPORTANT- This moveset only shares the normals and back throw with Ult. Sephiroth. The specials and grab have been unchanged from ADPXmk2's Sephiroth. Someone out there who is more skilled than I feel free to do so. Enjoy!
