I did not create the M. Bison model that's within the files!
In the video, skip to 1:20 for the moveset
I intentionally wanted his Side (B) to be Psycho Crusher, but unfortunately I could not, because the Psycho Punisher method I use to get almost like street fighter doesn't work with his Down (B), I definitely wanted to include Psycho Punisher in his moveset, but I had to make a button rearrangement sacrifice to have both

Side Smash Low is rolling thunder
Side Smash High is strong uppercut
Air Side B, A, A, A, is a dash jab that dashes forwards for a second jab. It's very good for getting back on stage.
Air Side B, A, B, A, is a dash jab that dashes back when you press the second B.
And Taunt Up is Mega Crash if he was on Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
