Waluigi Version 3 is finally here! He could now pick up items, and ToonLink's voice is removed! Waluigi now works perfectly on all players glitch-free thanks to EternalYoshi! Many new specials have been added to the moveset as well as animations including air-swim and bob-omb throw (similar to link's). Although, I do still have to work on a final smash and his throws which I still can't seem to get working. New CSP's created by SJS of kittycorp. Recolors and animations by MarioKing, porting and glitch-fixing by Snoopy. PSA moveset as well as original project by me.
