This was basically (initially) an aura sphere edit done by me for Lucario and on request of BronzeGreekGod for one of his own PSAs. I'm posting it up here in case anyone else wanted to utilize or play with the 'upgraded' Lucario sphere.
What shall I call him, hmm...
Negavolt Lucario > Megavolt Lucario
Moves changed: Neutral B (ground & air) - Negavolt...
When fired on the ground it has two charges, the first fires a strong single orb straight. The second fires a scattering of 5 orbs spread out in front of him.
When fired in air, it shoots an orb diagonally downward quickly.The more this move is charged, the slower the orb will go. When fully charged, it will shoot 3 orbs in mid-air in rapid succession, each will travel slowly.

Up B (ground & air) - Particle Acceleration...
Utilizing particle or atomic forces (presumably), Lucario dashes a great length. His body is electrified with energy and this attack deals 7 damage per hit. This movement has great range and can be easy to commit suicide with, so the trick is to release B before traveling the full length (to use for approaches) or to curve the joystick left or right (to have him arc in a circle and curb his momentum - sometimes, you can even get him to travel in a double loop, striking an enemy twice).

Side B Air/Ground- Boson Barrage
Again, utilizing presumably atomic forces, Lucario charges his hand with energy and discards a wave of cycling particles in front of him (3 on the ground, 2 in air).
In the air, this move carries his momentum and his electrified body also deals damage.

By Special Request of Waluigi21, I have created a more SSB4-styled Bowser. He walks upright, like a man, and has several improved reminiscent of his latest debut in the new super smash bros. Download now to check him out!
Note: The altered attacks are back air, up air, up ground, attack dash, neutral A.
