This is my first PSA and post I've done on here. If I'm breaking any rules I'll definatly take it down. I took the metaknight PSA and made a few tweaks with speacial moves but all of the standard attacks are the same.

Spins Spear as a helicopter like in Return to Dreamland

Gets cracker launcher and can only shoot one rocket at a time (could not figure out spear throw so I used this instead)

[Stage - Texture, Vertex, 2D - Flat Zone 2] This is what happens when someone says that EtikaWorldNetwork's hair could be a tournament legal stage.
I uploaded this as soon as I got all the stage collision and spawn points working.
Background is Pac-Land.
I might update this with better spawn points and a better texture of Etika and maybe a better background.
Update 2:
- Better collision?
- Fighters can finally do their entering animations.
Todos:
- Maybe use the Project M Final Destination collision to make it more tournament legal.

440 November 8th, 2016 [Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Sonic] It's a Sanic PSA. Nobody has ever done that before because most the Brawl modding community was thinking of a perfect moveset of Shadow.
Basically, he's a Sonic clone except he's faster.
- His air mobility is increased.
- Double jump is slightly higher.
- His attacks do 3% more damage, but his defenses are weakened.
I won't provide the model in the zip so here's a link to the model from Gamidame_K
