Brock Ness was based off of Brock, a leading character in fangame Earthbound Rhapsody. Game dev is dead now, but I've had this on my drive since 2019 and figured I'd finally upload it.

[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import - Luigi] Luigi lost his hat at the casino again... Oh well, just fight without it now. Featuring all of the revamps from the 2.0 version, along with it's recolors!

107 January 25th, 2019 [Character - Vertex - Luigi] Hello friends. This is hypersonicJD, submitting another mod relating to Mario Odyssey! This one, it's for Casino Luigi, since I loved the costume, but hated the bow tie and shirt. I went on to grab the one from odyssey.
Edit: Credits changed to add more people
This mod includes: Cosmetics and Textures.
It is also usable with the code of Legacy TE 2.1 with only needing PAC files. So have fun!

92 July 8th, 2018 [Character - Texture, Vertex - Jigglypuff] Jigglypuff's sleep hat was based off of Kirby's, so Here's another Kirby hat for her! Shouldn't Desync since it's only a texture hack.

133 July 11th, 2018 [Character - Texture - Ness] I've seen a couple of Starmen Nesses on Brawl vault, but they were in the smash 3 style, the Starman symbol was too far in the center and I didn't like the color of the hat, shirt, and shorts. So I made an (what i think) is an ideal version!

EDIT: If you downloaded before 7/11/18 you should to redownload because the old one did not have the HD stock for the default
I've shown my friend a concept for hatless Luigi, a said to put it over casino, so I did! I also made a 4th, white costume to accompany this very handsome Luigi. I also inluded the white costume with the hat if someone wants it.
