have b as the super scope charge, but make it chargable so you can launch it after it is charged (like samus) but has the different color and can shoot different sizes or 5 small ones. You can also make side b a long sword that comes out. up b should be a jet back of somewhat. down b i have no idea but should not be the bomb. I think you should have both the sword and samus' missile in there.

what do you mean dash upward. and what weapons does he have. You should make it though so that you erase the weapon image, but still have the effect so it looks like the weapons comes out or shoots out of his arm

i think his down-B should be a special power he got from bosses and will replace his neutral b move also can you tell me if it only the megaman from x or can it be from the whole x series

Bass, i recommend just playing through X1-3, the ideas will be flowing outta your mind. but i recommend maybe one power from each X game (1-3 of course... maybe 4)

like storm tornado (defense move to keep people away)
spike wheel (multi-attack move like kirbys246's Avatar Ness's downB charge2)
tridant thunder (maybe sheilding or even reflection properties, or even super armor and does a bit of damage)
homing lazer (just a straight up lazer attack)

but instead of downB changing moves, how bout the Dpad?
just throwing stuff out there

The Dpad makes weapon changing easier, but you wont be able to do it in air, giving less potential. Plus its only 3 weapons, it is easy to scroll through them.

if you are using samus, make the changing animation her taunt when she dissasembles and reassembles her gun

so far so good. i gave him some buster shots and gave him the dash but i made it look like a flying slide on air and grinding on the floor.
