    When i dl'ed a Texture, it came with a pac, what does it do if it doesnt change your moveset?
    How do you add CSP's (where,renames,everything)

    the .pac that doesnt change movesets is there for transforming characters only (Zelda/Sheik, Samus/ZSS, Kirby[to some extent], Pokemon Trainer[all pokemon])
