Actually, I was planning to maybe try something like that ("Try" because I don't have any knowledge into PSA)
I made some item model, I made the Axe / Shovel and was planned to make a new attack using the Megaphone (for a Smash attack for example) I also thought the Axe could used into a "vertical slash" type attack, using his two hand, when the axe touch the ground, there would be few frames of vulnerability. (Axe "stuck" in the ground)
Thoses model in question are low-poly as possible since I wanted to make them on the character itself (And there is a looot of item in total, so I thought I should do them low-poly), but if it's needed, I can try to remake them better :
For fanmade char', the only ones who come to my mind is that "Hakurei Miko" and "Adult Rumia" ... Dat Hakurei Miko over Captain Falcon / Ganondorf would be badass , btw
Wait, what ? You mean, single bind in Brawl Box or in 3ds max ? I did it in 3ds Max, I took the polygon, make it a separate object and then rig it with only one bone ... xD
And for that "invisible" glitch, I know that can sound ... stupid, but did you try to ... re-export the .dae file and re-import it ?

Also, here is the link for Miko's cape : https://www.dropbox.com/s/ixxvqme03bv3iq0/Miko%27s%20cape.rar I wanted to fix the textures from the whole model, but since the head's UV was messed up, I ended it by just putting the cape in the .max file ... :x (I also did a recolor for the cape, a red one, I think this should be her "FS eyes")
And about the recolor', I have to redo the band's verticles edit, it was more for testing purpose than anything else (And I didn't paid attention, I ended with modifying her arm with it ... .-.), but yeah, as alway, I'll collab' you when it will be released xD
I have bad news about yoshika: the model I got is a .pmx so I converted it to .pmd to be able to import it to 3ds max as I do with the other .pmx models but the importing gave me script errors D: so until I find another yoshika model, there will be no yoshika by now...

And for Futo, I'll wait for you to release it on the BV, and then I'll re-download it + recolor and then upload it (In case there is few changes)
Also, for some reasons, Byaky' recolors look ... somewhat weird (not sure if only Brawlbox or not), so ... on hold for now
And nice work with all of those import, really nice Futo, except ... one thing (not a really bad, though), before the release, you should make those thing on her sleeves and boots kinda like this :
They look pretty good, maybe a little too dark, IMO, but they are still good ! Who will be next after Peach ? And are you gonna make "new" CSP for PSA ? (For example Shadow, Mewtwo, Geno ...etc)
For the cape, the best solution (I think) will be to take a Brawl character's cape texture (like Marth, for example) and do some edit, in both texture and UV mapping
