I just model swapped Diagla from spear pillar with Shadow and his bodyA texture is all glitched up, what did I do wrong?

texture starts blue, then white when you pause to take a look, then pink when you take a pic.
Height and width are the same, format is CI8, it has a palette
palette has 256 colors and is RGB565

I swapped many a stage part with Captain Falcon, such as the Parasite Queen with an Irish Jig-dancing Captain Falcon.

His texture was always messed up.

    ...maybe it's just natural?

    ...maybe it's just natural?

The animations for the stage made him do that, and possibly other things.

    As for HAXOR, I don't think there's a fix for that. =\

I have a crazy idea, but I doubt it will work but worth a shot you can try using the same formats used as the pokemon. just note down the details or export one as a raw texture and import it however times needed and then import your textures as replacements if you get what I'm saying, another thing I'd try importing different lighting but idk I'm not the smartest in the community but some times my ideas are crazy enough to work ;d xD
