I don't think I'll be finishing Rundas anytime soon. Once I'm done rigging, I'll still have to fix the shader, and then I have to animate...
And then I have to get someone to make the PSA do all the PSA work somehow.
Woohoooooooooooo.
Also, I checked how Snake's animations look with Rundas so far, and they actually don't look that bad. It wouldn't be acceptable to release him as just a skin, though.

M2000 just came out with a new tool. It fixes Shaders and Materials.
......Yeah. Go get it. It's VERY useful.

i set the transitions back to their original spots but it stretches the model with Samus animations... i just need to re do it... its fine im dointg again right now... at least it will be quicker because now i know wat to do know... Meh its my first rig.. =)
I think the problem was i made the skin to small and moved the bones to fit that skin.. so with samus animations the bones are bigger...
Well lesson learned... dont mess with the translations unless doing a custom character... xD

Well good luck with that, I can't wait to be using an actual DS model with the DS moveset. =D
As far as rigging Rundas goes, I suppose I'll finish rigging his neck and head today, as well as trying out something for his little tubes. I'm thinking about using Snake's headband bones, but I dunno how well that's going to work out. XD
Once that's done, I'll do a few test animations to make sure everything deforms properly by testing the limits of movement for each bone.
If all goes well, I'll have a very special video up later today or early tomorrow. I'll update as I go because I get distracted easily.

Also, do not judge the rig just yet. Currently, he's just using Snake's animations, and I had to adjust the bones to fit.
So a few things will be quite off.
I'll be starting on something special to commemorate this event, and the rig will be displayed there to be judged.
... well, not judged, but I'll want opinions.

But the translations are way off, especially for the neck. Compare the above pictures with that of the one in the OP. You'll see what I'm talking about, especially if you look at the tubes attached to his head.
But he doesn't appear to have a shader issue, as far as I can tell.
Except for that flash overlay issue.
