Im not sure if this is a question or Not. But Wouldn't it Be Better for Afro luffy texture to be over Capt. Falcon instead of Shiek?

Depends, it's all about the vertexes.
Captain Falcon might not be suitable for it.
If having him on Shiek is that bad, you can find a code to make her separate.

You have to change it in her PSA.

If you take the time to learn PSA, you could even make a whole moveset for Luffy.

Yeah, PSA is a bit overwhelming. I've tried messing around with it before, but I never really did anything serious.

I stick to stages.

It's like the area that's saying "this is where the person is hitting someone else" like, it's the area of effect of the attack. Where it hits, and its damage, and all that data is in the offensive collision.

oh. i think it was a move set. how would i go to be making one? if it requires me to use bone structures then theres no hope, i watched the video on how to do that stuff-ish.... it made zero sense to me.

It's just by combining different functions in PSA, I haven't really taken the time to learn anything about it. So I know about just as much as you do about making one. xD

A PSA is a moveset file. And download the stage you want, then name it the corresponding name for whatever stage is goes over, (ex: For final destination, it's STGFINAL.pac) and then you place it in pf>stage>melee. (Every stage goes in the "melee" folder. Not just the Melee stages. By melee, it means non-subspace emissary.)
