Vertex hacking should work though.

Speeking of that, what vertex controls the X plate on Marth's back? Jack wasn't very helpful when I asked him. Not sure whats up with him. If I could just get rid of that with out errors then I'd be a very happy oizen kusanagi.

Pretty sure you can remove that X thing on his back in the texture...at least that's what I did for my Yusuke hack.
Can't check what texture it is though since I don't have brawlbox on this computer.

You can also look at what vertex it is by looking at the polygon data. Then hex out the vertex.

Jack made a tutorial for hexing out polygons and vertex sets a while ago. That's what I've been doing instead of hex polygons. On very view occasion does hexing vertex sets not work.

I'm taking about that texture stuff. Though it appears transparent in brawlbox, I'll have to see it in gameplay to make sure.

When you hex the vertex set out it just sets all the points on the TopN bone. It's the same as removing a polygon but causes a lot less errors.

As I thought, the texture thing doesn't work.
I'll have to look into vertecies...
