Oh, so this is how it works. I never saw the original announcement when the award system was added, so I always wondered where my Dedicated Hacker award came from (I always thought that they were automatic). I just had a hack pass 3000 downloads a couple days ago, so I was wondering about the Favorite'd award. Now I know that I have to apply for it, so here you go.

I generally do my rounds in the Vault from time to time to update all the new awards that people got. I just haven't done one in a while beause of all those stats shenanigans. Asking directly fastens the process, though. o.o

Ah yes. Some awards are in some kind of a mess right now. Especially the contributor ones. You see, as long as the BV Stat page doesn't give the proper number of hacks per person (it's still missing music hacks, unlike signatures), I've made this differenciation between "Hyperactive Contributor" and "Hyperactive Contributor (-)", which is esthetically just a duplicate. Hyperactive Contributor (-) is a temporary award for mostly music hackers. I can't really give them the regular award since the stats are messed up, so I've given the (-) for people who had 100 DLs before the sta mess-up, but have less now. The other ones were given at the beginning of the stat mess-up. And it's ... kind of complicated. I'd just temporarily remove all the hack-number-related awards, but from the looks of it, our resident music hackers would hate it so much ... I'm gonna try doing something else that should let me see the real stats of everyone, and remove duplicates ...

There we go. Took me a while but I think I got everyone. I've looked through the 500 first "Top Contributers"'s Vault and counted the number of hacks in every Vault. (Well, actually, I used the number of pages as a reference. ) No more of these (-) shenanigans. All the contributor awards are now rewarding the exact number of (approved) hacks in everyone's Vaults. People who may have been omitted : - Users with less than 5 non-collabed non-music hacks in their BV. And no music hacks above 100 DLs. Because that's how far as my Stats go. .-. - Users with EXACTLY 50 hacks. (And users with EXACTLY 100 hacks may have Active, but not Hyperactive.) Just ask here if you're one of these. >.>

Ah, yes. A teacher award sounds pretty good. I know that SW, Beyond and myself gave vertexing classes. And Hollow did as well, a long time ago. Did anyone else do classes like that ?
