If it bothers him, he's going to come and say it by himself. There's a good 2/3 of Bowser's body texture that's indeed taken from kewlkiwi's textures (if he himself didn't take them from someone else). The graphics are ripped from the game, indeed, but the exact arrangement of them is very particular to kk's texture, and can be found in both GW's and AGFan's model.
However, unless there's, like, something incredibly incredible in said texture, that required loads of work, there's no need to ask for permission. Giving credit is quite polite though, hence why I insisted on AGFan giving
all due credits,and not just "Super Smash Bros Melee", which is quite a msuse of what the credit system is for.
Also, Kewlkiwi hasn't been around since 2009. If he doesn't really bother about SSBB Hacking, chances are he's not going to bother about someone using a part of his textures.
