Okay, I don't know if anyone knows this but I'm sure this has happened from time to time to everyone new to csp hacking etc. I'm assumiing that this is what happens. we'll be using peache's csp for example only, but I'm assuming it works with any file.
1: you export the texture you want to edit
2: once you finish editing, you right click that same texture you imported and replace it.
3: you immediately get the following error. an "unhandled exception has occured in your application *blah*" error.
To fix this error you do this.
1: repeat steps one and two like you normally do
2: go to the msc data 14
3: instead of replacing the original image, select the csp you want to replace(Don't touch the others if you want to leave them the same) and deleat it from the file
4: go back to the main section of misc data 14, now right click that misc data
5: go to import
6: select texture
7: pick the picture you wanted to replace the original texture with and use that as the newnode01's texture
8: rename the newnode01 to ManSelchrFaceB. *whatever number of the csp you wanted to replace was*
Hope this helps someone, especially newbies(like me XP) who get that error every time. If I posted this in the wrong area the mods can just move it to help

Also I figured out a quick way to make custom poses for your character if you have photoshop or similar photo edtiting program
It takes like ten seconds and the results are awesome if you don't mind a slightly blocky csp XP then again they're all slightly blocky lol
