Have you used any of the old/outdated Clone Engine codes out there? If that's it, your save file may have been damaged since it doesn't even work on vBrawl :/
17  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Brawl Minus MAX Public Beta, Updates Every Friday! on: November 15, 2013, 06:51:16 PM
One thing I'd like to give feedback on (not sure if this is the right thread to post this), but I have a doubt and a suggestion I'd like to clarify on.

1. Will Ike continue to injure his team mates when team attack is turned off? (In B- he does damage and can actually kill his team mates without actually having the intention). I haven't tested Ike's B-M's move set yet, but just want to know.

2. Is there a possibility of making a separate move set for Ike for when one does actually hit a team mate and do the corresponding damage, and one that DOESN'T do damage to his team mates? It would be really handy for casual players that just use teams normally with team attack so that Ike doesn't go around killing all of his friends by accident lol.
18  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: How do I remove codes from .gct? on: November 13, 2013, 04:38:50 PM
What are you refering to the "old 3.5.3"? You mean you had an old code from that specific version?

Also
Do you still have your whole .txt file with all the codes you need?

Oh, it's back in the vault. Thanks to who ever fixed it haha. Great response time Tongue

Not sure, it had a broken download report for a long while (been busy with a lot of things, haven't had the time). But when I finally had the chance, I noticed it disappeared out of no where :/

Dunno if this is the right place to ask this but, one of my hacks got deleted from the Vault (Legendary Dissidia Cloud Strife over Olimar) which I was going to update recently since the download was taken down by mediafire, but right when I was going to upload the revised version, I couldn't find it :/

Can a mod/admin restore the hack to the vault so I can update it?

Perhaps it's time to rethink some things and actually contribute to helping instead of calling people lazy and unwilling to learn Azn

This.
Just like I stated before, it'd be much easier to work together on these codes, than just be torn apart from this community just because you want to release the codes some other time, causing a war in every newly-produced clone engine thread on this forum. :-/

I have one question to any of the PMBR members in here.

In case someone does not intend to play Project M at all, but still intends to add characters to his Brawl roster, even if complicated stuff would have to be learned, would it be absolutely possible by the time of Project M's next public release? And could he count with the help of the developers in order to get it to work?

As to what I've seen from the P:M team, they;re only interest in P:M is to make Brawl into a Melee adaptation. The Clone Engine must be a side obstacle just getting in the way of completing that mission, hence why I doubt they'd want anyone trying to alter/mod their codes for their own use. If they'd actually support people modding their stuff, they would have already released the codes from the 2.6b demo.

Can't we all just try to get along and try to make a team effort to make a code for a not-so-public but stable release of the codes? It's easier than just discussing if the codes were stolen or not, if they're safe or not, and if they are perfect or not. The Kc-mm forum community can have their perfect clone codes if they want to pass by the trouble to set everything up right with cosmetics and such, which take up a long time which most people tend to look away to it, and the P:M team can have what they most desire to provoke as what I've seen from most previews (the extreme HYPE ((more concentrated towards the Melee fan base, which some might not know to how to prepare hacks properly)) from a fully working Clone Engine with ALL cosmetics working for a more public and a more hype-a-licious public release! Cheesy )

"Keep Brawl stuff," "Keep Melee stuff"

...Just don't expect Falco to throw his reflector anytime soon.

This.

For me, Brawl had alot of stuff fixed that Melee just made me and my friends rage. (Biggest thing being Falcon's side-b ledge recovery spasm, which at least P:M fixed).

But there are other things that still get at me from P:M just like Melee did the same. For instance:

1. The no-backwards ledge grab (makes you think you actually landed safe on the stage, when you just fall down to your misery)
2. The insane amount of gravity you have from just plain jumping from air to platform (had so many people raging for Pit's aerial game compared on how he was from brawl) (and  if you by some mistake keep pressing a jab against someone on the edge and they shield, you fall quick since you n-air'd and can't recover :/  )
3. And, personally, my biggest foe, the Melee camera. (This thing drives me dizzy, especially when it's a big stage like temple, and your bouncing around the whole stage, when you tech skills fail as the camera tries it's best to keep up, when the brawl camera just has a wide but fair view of the stage).
4. The no-instant-ledge grab from Melee (you can just abuse the edge-guarding to the point of going from 50-100+ damage in just a few smashes since you can't grab the edge just right ((especially
with C. Falcon, when you fall out of the stage you just can't come back up with that Up-B if you don't make contact with the player )))
Things that just get your bad side of attention at the game, but small compared to how drastically they've made an almost perfect balance of a true smash game as it should have been since the very beginning.

P.S. Personally I prefer Brawl's Falco, as he actually prefers the AIR! (AKA not fall quite faster than Fox in Melee, as the logic that a bird with wings falsl faster than a fully grown fox is master logic. lol
I can understand it's part of his techniques for combos and such, but that doesn't mean P:M team can't redesign him...
26  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: [Official] Project M discussion: Alternate Costume blog post and info. on: November 06, 2013, 08:54:26 PM
Not saying they look bad. They look great. I'm just saying they could've gone for larger nostalgia appeal by going for the oldest iterations possible.

They're aiming too much at Melee than just the battle physics and all that they originally mentioned...

At first, I expected P:M to be a balance between all smash games up to now, but it's been stepping into Melee territory a bit too much... I understand about the techniques and everything, but no need to go back into textures...

But after all, what'd you expect from just the name of the project itself? Project MELEE

28  Help & Tutorials / Help / sc_title.pac not loading? on: October 15, 2013, 06:28:27 PM
I placed my sc_title.pac into the pfmenu2 folder, but it's not loading :/
(using the Entrance to Subspace hack btw)

Is it supposed to be placed in a folder somewhere else? Is there a fix?
29  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Programming / Re: cBliss v1.5 [16?] on: October 13, 2013, 01:24:43 PM
Is there a way I can use cBliss for only one specific character and not all the characters?
Ex. Only Yoshi to have 10 c-slots, and the rest of the characters to have normal c-slots.

TBM= TheBeastman and he wont stop even after he banned his TBM account so that means he have learned nothing and wont stop
someone ban him for good now 100% from this site even Brawlvault

You really have so much hate for that dude Im srs here.

Do you even know who Omega-Zack Fair was talking about? He was talking about jk:

We get It, TheBeastman is bad. Please shut up about him.

Thanks PAVGN Wink

^This, this. All the way this.

Also, I've looked into the "criminal record" of that jk, but ...  even though he did some really dumb/weird reports, he's done a good number of legit ones, too.

So if you don't mind, I'll leave him with one last chance before removing all his reporting rights. If you find any other bad report from jk, just PM me and I'll give him what he deserves. >.>

Very well. I'll have an eye out in the vault from time to time. Thanks for replying btw.
