Well..... Since I had to stop working on my Wolf character, I took up an easier character.
I have all of his moves planned out and everything! I need some inspiration for his Final Smash though... Give me some ideas! I don't care how ridiculous it is just throw it out there.

That is one part of his Neutral B. There are two more hits like that, but arcing upwards.
This is his signiture move, Roar Of Time. (Pokemon reference FTW) He slams the floor and roars. Then upward bursts of energy launch the opponent. If it makes contact with someone, they get launched pretty far and they get frozen. It has MASSIVE end lag so use with caution. It still has bugs, for example, if you are running, and then you use it, you slide horizontally based on what direction you are holding the controls.
Same move but in the air. Instead of sideways, it goes downwards. Has the same bugs as the ground version.

UPDATE 2Hey I'm back with a new moveset. It's for Captain Falcon. I call it..... Aura Falcon
He is like a version of Captain Falcon that does Aura effects and damage.
MAJOR CHANGE
What's this? It looks like he is charging some kind of attack!!
And then..........
Epic huh?
That was his D Smash. It uses his Side smash animations all the way up to the attack itself which is his special landing from his up-B.
Smaller Changes:
Nearly every attack does Aura damage
Standing still makes Aura appear
Has 3 (YES 3) jumps. (Will probably change because of brokenness)
Falcon Punch has MORE range, makes this cool Aura burst (Will also probably change if I hear that it's broken.)

Riku v.1
I used Marth as a base for this character.
Changes:
Almost every attack does Darkness damage
Neutral B animation changed to F smash animation for coolness factor
F smash animation changed to Neutral B animation
Running and walking caused Darkness to appear on the ground
All hitboxes on D-air activate Meteor Smash
Running attribute tweaked just a
little bit to make him faster
Jumps a little higher, both vertically and horizontally
Used Riku texture, credit goes out to Vyse for making it.

He is an explosives oriented character, which means that nearly all of his attacks make an EXPLOSION!!!!!
Changes:
Like I said, most attacks make explosions
Added fire damage flags to almost all attacks
Changed D-air animation to N-air animation because in my opinion it looks better that way...
All hitboxes on D-air do a meteor smash and when you do the move, a pillar of explosions crash down on the opponent to brutally spike him. There is a sweetspot somewhere but I don't remember where it is. It has 164 Base Knockback
He runs faster now, and jumps higher than he used to.
Overall, I am pretty sure he is broken, but he is MASSIVELY fun to play as!!
