Cant Replace Q11.brstm

Tried multiple files, even the original i cant replace it, or even put the original tetris B brstm back into wii scrubber. The program becomes non responsive tried bot versions 1.4 and 1.21. On 1.21 it keeps saying IO_read or something 1.4 just freezes, and i have to end process via task manager. Please help!
