Hm... So the file size jumps up? Maybe it needs to be cleaned up with BrawlBox 6.2?
And, alright... If you want to change the up tilt, you might be able to, look into Sonic Battle maybe? Or some other game?
Thing is though, he's cleaned the animations he's changed already. I could tell straight away just by looking at them in Brawlbox. Again, I'll do some testing to see if it's a problem or not.

Hey guys, I'd like to change the U Tilt to something else. I've had a lot of complaints and criticisms about that move and looking at the move more it could use some changing. However, I'm not too sure what to change it to. I definitely don't want to use Sonic's U Tilt. Not only would that be lazy, but the AAA combo already involves the U Tilt. But I'm really stumped on ideas
But apart from that, expect the alternate versions to be released in a few moments.
I was going to say something too but I wanted to get the more important stuff out of the way first Um, in terms of kicks I think you're out of luck if you want a different animation, so how about an uppercut? It can function just like the old uptilt being a juggle move, and if you want 2 hits maybe you could make it work like a shoryuken from street fighter:

I'll definitely do that. Shame I can't do that cool white trace. But the uppercut itself should work fine. I'll get to work on it as soon as I can
I forgot to mention that I updated Shadow a few hours ago btw. He now has the alternate versions.

Sdo0m should we make Shadowkong for Brawl minus too? and also one more questing how do you get a moveset to fit in Brawlminus want to do it with my SMBZ mario as soon i have fixed FS and yet again revamping Animations good mario already got his metal hat from Brawlminus i just have to remove that thing so you can´t use it all time

If you want ^^ Though Brawl- PSAs take a bit of thought. It's not just as easy as increasing the speed and power. Each character needs their own sort of "gimmick". For Shadow/Shadowkong I think it should be omnidirectional (all directions) Up B (your Shadowkong has it already, but for this it can be faster on start up so that it works much better for approaching). Also some general buffs.

too bad the up-B is not CPU friendly it needs Lucario´s AI for his up-B and for faster Start up i think i will do and for Startup running/running i have tried anything speedup in PSA/Animations

The FitSnakeFinal.pac has absolutely nothing to do with the animations of Snake himself. Those are all in the FitSnakeMotionEtc.pac. The FitSnakeFinal.pac only has to do with the FS graphics.
As for Snake's FS, dunno since I've never done anything with it. It seems like it would be somewhat like Falcon's FS though (and by that, I mean extremely finicky).

Nope. That's one of the problems with finicky Final Smashes. It doesn't matter which subactions you use. It's all down to which Actions you use. You always have to use 116 (obviously) but it maybe random and selective about others. It's hard to explain.
Anyways, I'm still deciding on what to do after Shadow.
- I know I said I'd do Travis but I'm not too sure. I'm thinking about rewriting his moveset since I won't be able to do the written one (file size constraints will prevent me from having that many animations).
- I really want to do Dudley, but without a vertex to work with I can't really do anything at the moment.
- Black Knight or Zero are probably the most likely possibilities. And even with those two I have a lot of initial work to do before I can properly get down to them. Especially with Zero, he'll be a challenge. I made some animations before for Zero involving the sword scaling, however it looked really ugly. The sword itself might just be an external graphic effect. That way it can be easily scaled without looking horrible. I'll definitely need to have a good look at what Eldiran did for his Zero (the F Smash sword for example is a graphic effect).
- Roy wouldn't be too bad. Just a tad dull even with my written moveset. I've made a couple of waiting animations, but only the Wait1 looks at all decent (the others look quite horrible).
- Deadpool....yeah....still not feeling him at the moment Shame cuz I've done quite a lot of animations too (a lot of them need to be revamped) and he's such a cool character. It's playstyle really. I don't really know what path to go down with him.
