    The size of the head wouldn't really make a difference.  It's the UV map that's causing the problem.

    ok, just played the v1, i must say, it lost a lot of his speed in his movements... T.T

    a lot of start-lag on the side-B and N-B

    N-B has a little too much end lag too, its hard to combo with it.

    AAA seems harder to pull of (not meaning it doesnt hit, its just hard to do the combo, i know that its easier when holding the A button, but i like to use the AAA combos just for the second and third hit... xD

    and about animations, they are all great, but the running animation looks kinda weird to me. ^^

    I agree with Side Special having too much starting lag.
    And I think Neutral Specials start lag would be justified with a little bit more hit stun. (But just a TINY bit more)

    Thanks for the feedback, but he didn't lose any mobility.  I didn't change his startup lag at all for the Side B.  It's been exactly the same for every release I can assure you.  Infact, he's now more mobile than ever because of the fact that that he can use his Side B downwards in the air.

    The neutral B won't have less endlag, but instead it will stun the foe for a bit longer.  The effect is practically the same, but it's a little more realistic for the web to hold them there for longer.

    The AAA combo only really works now from holding A as you said.  I'm not sure why this is though tbh...

    And the run is just Mario's run.  I didn't really know what to give him tbh XD

    Still think Side Special needs less start lag.
    A combo works fine for me...
    And the run looks fine in my opinion... but usually you're zipping around the stage anyway right? Which is why the web zip should be more effective then running, which I find at the moment is not usually...

    lol, maybe u could try making some custom run, something that fits his stance a bit more.. ^^

    but i can live with it, and @apprentice, its just that i use the dash attack a lot, and when i say a lot, i mean A LOT! xD

    You should try giving him sheik, captain falcons, or fox's run.
    They move a little more....stealth like....or whatever.

    I suggest using Lucario's run. It seems to overall fit IMO. And it should look nice linking into a dash attack. Or Falco's run could work.

    And about Zero: You should make his Run is kinda slow but make his Dash (Not Side B, the animation before the run) travel far. So he gain's momentum and then travels from there. It's something Zero would do. In MMZ games, dashing would be always used to traveling. I know that its an MVC moveset, but it's Zero like to have a faster dash than run.

    No way am I using Lucario's.  It looks like ass.  Not to mention that because of Lucario's weird legs and the way he moves them, it would never look right.  Falco's is a possibility, but again, it would look stupid because of how he has his arm out.

    Spidey shouldn't run like a ninja.  He's never run like that in anything.  His run is quite normal actually.  For a normal run, Falcon would fit quite well.

    Though the reason why I didn't do a custom one is because of the fact that as I said, he doesn't have a definitive way in which he runs.
