I've been looking for the second stage in this video -

-  for a long time. It's the second one (Bowser's castle from Mario Kart).

It's not in the Vault (well, I couldn't find it, at least), and I couldn't find it on the forum, Smashboards or by googling it or its author's name.

Do you know where I can find it?
