as open. pac and pcs

hello friends look at these models are the tekainchi budokai 3 but they put beautiful textures in hd not want the models just want the textures DOWNLOAD models but I get the files. pac and psc and not as open as I want you to pass the textures would greatly appreciate it please help

Have you tried opening one if the files with BrawlBox?
