i like the slingshot as side-b since that would make sense. so i say air side-b .

and i think the Slingshot would make a better Neutral B, especially since all we'd have to do is slightly edit what Pit already has and call it good.

Have you considered Slingshot as a forward tilt alternative if you decide on making the Gyroid rocket side b?

yeah, might work too, i dunno.  i don't think we quite have a Side Tilt chosen.  my moveset says a kick for it, the OP says Shovel Poke, and the Smash 4 is (probably) whacking people with the Umbrella.  so yeah, choices choices.

Entry.

that is a possibility.  i'd like it more an attack though.  the Entry would either be like Segtendo said, getting out of the taxi, or like my original idea of him getting out of a bed.  once again, choices choices.

Actually, now that I think about it and look back on it, it looks more like a multi-jump thing. Kinda like Kirby, Meta Knight, DDD, Pit, Jiggz, and Charizard.

looks a lot more like hovering to me.  if it were a mulit jump, he would have gone a bit higher than he did in the video.  or so i'd assume.

Villager's Final Smash needs to be the Bees. It can function similarly to Pit's Final Smash.

i like your thinking.  my only feeling is that i'm kind of already borrowing a bit much from Pit as it stands.  but this can certainly be the back-up/temporary one, once i dig up the Bee model.

i also tested some stuff with the VIS0 to get the faces to actually show properly, but i didn't get anything good from it.  at this point, i'm thinking of going Model Changers for the face.  might inflate the FitPit.pac a bit, but i got rid of almost 100 KB from it by just removing the textures for the weapons that aren't there, so i'm not at all worried.

got all the Slingshot and Up B animations done.  for the Up B, he even wiggles his arms and legs like Pit flapping his wings, faster going up, slower when hovering.  so yeah.

heh, sorry then.  i kind of go with whatever i have the desire to make, plus i did need the Up B to be done so that i could do the FallSpecial animations a bit better.  i probably won't be doing more attack animations, but no promises.

If you do the Bees as his Final Smash, I have a suggestion. This is merely a visual type of suggestion and nothing more, but if possible, when Villager does the Final Smash, you should make him shake a tree quickly and have the bees fall, like in the games.

this would certainly need to happen if we did the bees.  although it may seem a little weird for the bees to be coming out of the background instead of the hive, but that's assuming we only replace the centurion model with the bees.

Also, would you be making a Project M version? Would be great!

personally, i'm not doing it.  i don't bother with P:M, so there's no point in me doing it.  maybe SonicBrawler could, but the P:M version would certainly be a second priority.

why thank you.  and my motivation is fortunately strong, especially since some of the attacks are basically done, and i don't have to hand make all 300ish animations myself.  that really was the killer last time i started.

well, the model i'm using is simply the one i made on Ness, just with extra stuff for the PSA.  unless you need the Max file, which i can always give to you if necessary.

and if you put him on Yoshi, i'd totally have to learn how to do MKW hacks.  of course, i know nothing of the process to make those hacks, so that's simply a suggestion.

i figured out what i was doing wrong.  i had to add in extra Visibility things into the VIS0 to make everything go away instead of just renaming what was already there.  now that i know that, i only have to do that for every single other VIS0 in the MotionEtc, being roughly 300ish of them.....


oh, and i kind of lied when i said i was probably done with attack animations.  as with the others i've done, it just fit too well not to do it.



no impaling into the ground, as once again it's just a new animation.  although i did bump the AttackLw4Start from 2 frames to 15, mainly to make it a little less spammy.

i may try one last attack, depending on if i can make the graphic work the way i want.
