Strap screen on Riivolution

I've been trying to add a custom strap screen to Brawl with Riivolution but I can't figure out where it goes.
I placed it in the menu folder and tried "strap.pac","strap_en.pac","StrapEn.pac" but none seem to work.

Do I need to change the Modlauncher XML? Or am I putting it in the wrong folder.
I have a PAL brawl by the way.

There are a few things that might be happening here:

1. The modlauncher XMl isn't inserted to trigger it.

2. You are using a NTSC-U strap.pac and dosen't work for PAL.

3.The file size is too big for it to load or you put an image that's too big than the original picture (picture size matters).

If you still can't find the problem that i described and solve it for yourself, please send me a PM so i can further assist you. Maybe if you send a link of the Stap.pac that you are using, i can fix it and tell you how correct it for yourself.
