But he's a moderator now, and he should be fine with that.
He asked, I answered. Nothing else quite needed.

While the actions may not be petty, the reasons themselves are.
And no, I did not realize. Who?
It's a fairly long and rediculous story, so bear with me here. Haku makes forum game posts not count under everyone's post count. Other staff get angry, haku posts this to get the general public's opinion. http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=23675.0stuff gets out of hand, it gets locked. I try to reason with staff members on the issue of post count, Haku's demote, and their rediculous behavior, and get nowhere. So I post this: http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=23720.0stuff gets out of hand, it gets locked. In the morning this is posted: http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=23751.0Today the posts begin on page 13. As suggested, I took my complaints to this thread, and what you can see now occurred. and unlike other responses, I'm telling the whole story.

How so? That's like being fired from a corporate job and rehired as the janitor. I wouldn't be happy.

Mods have more power then that sort of comparison.
and he should have saw it coming after doing what he did, he paid for his actions.
He asked, I answered. Nothing else quite needed.
and I was informing Picano, just quoted you so he'd know about what.

It really is nothing more.
The threads were going just fine until Haku-men made that thread about the post count issue.
This entire mess came from an issue involving post counts counting in a sub board of the off topic section.
Now isn't that stupid? Regardless, Picano has spoken.
The problem was caused neither by the thread nor Shadow. There have been complaints about Oizen and because of people trying to backup their arguments... well you know the rest.

Oh cry me a river. It's what the job entitles. Stressful or not, it's just like a real job. Do it and get over it, or pass the position on and get out.
Only difference is, he's not being paid to do this, so there's nothing to keep him here if he doesn't want to be, and it definitely sounds like he doesn't want to be.
Do not mistake this message as me trying to kick you out Picano. That's hardly the case.

...You know, you're seriously starting to sound full of yourself now. "He paid for his actions"? You say that as if he actually did something heinously wrong.

...While I don't really care about anything that's going on...
Really Picano? You're not going to try sorting this out just because you "don't feel like it"? What's the point of Jack leaving you in complete control of the forum if you're just going to be lazy and not do anything? No offense, but sheesh, if you hate the job that much, quit and find someone else who can do it, or just let the clusterf*** of a forum and staff decide amongst itself who should be head honcho. I mean, if that's how you feel, then what happens might as well not concern you one bit.
Not trying to cause more damage than needed...Well, I don't care if it does anyways, but you come off as sounding like you just don't want to do anything, and that it's not your problem. Normally, it wouldn't be at all, but considering who you are here, just about everything it. -.o'
Unless I'm just missing something here, cause I tend to do that.
I'm in control because either no one wants the position or I don't believe they can handle it. -Vyse: Quit. -Jack: Vanished for a long time. -Miacis: Quit (somewhat) -Dantarion: He hosts us but he's not a very reliable guy (see: BrawlTex) There may be some trustworthy people on the forum but I neither have a way to figure out who nor do I want them to despise the community as much as I do at times like this. --- A friend once said, "Never staff something you enjoy". As far as why I'd rather mass ban people than investigate... it is all subjective; I can read as many posts as I want, review as many logs as I can, but I'll never find a single objective view as to what has happened. Oh, that and I'm a senior in college / will be working a full time job in about a week. Further more... unfortunately as the problem branches into staff territory (hell, admin territory) none of my logs are trustworthy. So, in my opinion... I feel it best to mass-ban and let everyone cool off a bit; the alternative is leaving KC-MM in the hands of someone I may not trust, possibly dooming it completely either due to further drama or catastrophic database failure.

I see acting without the consent of the administration team to edit part of the board as a serious offense.

In a thread that hakumen made about posts in the forum game section.
That is irrelevant, the same things could have happened in any thread. he paid for his actions.
Much worse things have been said by both you, I and probably the rest of the staff, should we all be stripped of our position? I see acting without the consent of the administration team to edit part of the board as a serious offense.
That was not the reason of his demotion, it was because he stated that drage needed to be put in his place.

Honestly, I don't see how a mass ban would help this situation. True, people may cool off during the ban... but what's stopping from them from coming back and starting this whole ordeal over again? It's a big mess either way, really.

Doesn't make it not off topic, and the hate was about me and the forum games.
not just me.
