Any chance you could release which version of Brawl EX you're using, the code list, and other such info? I'm attempting to fuse your pack with brawl -, and everything is going smoothly except for getting the two Ex characters from Brawl - over their counterparts in your pack (roy and pichu).
Edit: Scratch that, I got it to work by using your version of the ft_pichu and ft_roy modules (I edited the module id's and which FighterEx file they referenced in the Brawl- ones though, so they should've worked.)
Question for anyone in this topic that knows: where are the item files located? Brawl Minus has a couple custom items, like peach's turnips and dk's peanuts, that'd like to put into this pack, but idk which files contain them
Edit 2: By opening Common3.pac and replacing the nebulon pack itemcommonparam.pac and itemparam misc data with the equivalents from brawl-'s common3.pac, I was able to get the behaviour/paramaters of the items (such as damage and knockback) from brawl- to transfer. However, the custom textures (like red and pink peach turnips) from brawl- did not. I have no clue where those would be located.
This seems like a great combo character with jigglypuff, as wisp doesn't require any additional animations nor sound effects. The only edit would have to be so that the FitPurin.pac uses wisp's moves instead of jigglypuff's when the wisp skin (which is just a see-through puff, as far as I know) is used.
I'm having an issue with getting more than 50 characters to appear on the character select screen. I'm using the CSSRoster.dat, not the css code, so it should support more than 50 characters. However, even though the CSS roster is configured to have 53, only the first 50 show up.
I'd just like to say that, one of the things I love about your psa's (and sdoom's) is how fleshed out they feel. I used to just go around, getting whatever PSAs I could, I'd throw them into the game, and then I'd get bored of them and find more. I was more interested in the flashy effects than the way they played. But when I managed to get brawl- to work on my wii, I fell in love with it, and I've started playing brawl more competitively (especially as Jigglypuff <3). So now, I only use PSAs that are of a high quality, and really feel like a complete moveset with the ability to chain together attacks, react to things on the spot, etc. instead of just spamming one good move over and over. A lot of your movesets are in my roster, along with sdoom's and mariodk's goku.*cough* Yeah, I've just been lurking around for a while and thought I'd finally thank you for what you do. I sincerely hope you enjoy making characters, because I enjoy playing them!
For the texture, you could have of him be dark, and have of him be light, only, put the light half on the side with the dark wing, and the dark half on the side with the light wing. That way it shows how he's not limited in his use of both light and dark.
That angel sonic was pretty awesome! And, why did you have to treat the wings as an artictle for mario, instead of an external graphic? Also, how did you get mario to use yoshi's article?
SmashClash, if I recall correctly, I had a similar problem when i first used that code. Unfortunately, i forget how i fixed it >.<. Try time mode, with infinite time.
The 1 player matches code is the one he used. And, yes, you can still play a normal brawl with these codes on. They just let you start with one player/team only, but you can have more.
