Nope, there's no pac file. Just a pcs. And it turned out very well, if I do say so myself.

Well I love the PSA and yes I'm hard to please. Yet since Omega is a god shouldn't he have more godly moves?
Oh, weird thing about the neutral special full charge. I was fighting haloedhero's Cloud and when he used his Side B and shot a charge shot I shot at him and guess what? His shot went through both shots of mine and neutralized them and still got me XD
In other words you need to make his shots more powerful.
