Finally, thanks to everyone for not pointing out what a moron I am. -_- Smash attacks obviously are editable, since Phoenix Mario has a new fsmash. However, I find it interesting that in all three gameplay videos I've watched, I've never seen that move charged.
I've played as him, and his fsmash can be charged.

This is pretty sweet! Phoenix Mario has some sweet moves and is fun to fight. Thing is that when he's a cpu, he'll tend to behave a bit retarded for short moments. (Attacking the air and ground and whatnot) Maybe he's just violent by nature from being so badass. I can relate, it's a real disease, you know. is what i am. Oh yeah, here's a pic: (on Dolphin Emulator)

About PM's fsmash, it's his beamsabre fsmash animation. So technically it already has a charge animation, don't know if you can really create any new charging animations with PSA.

I think you might have to delay the animation or make it last longer. I'm probably wrong, I don't know too much about this stuff.

Ah, that would make sense.

Hmm... I'll tell you what, I have 59 spaces left in my inbox. If you (plasmakirby) can fill up those 59 spaces in the next four hours you log on then I will release PSA into the forums.
Of course, there are rules...
1. Only one message per person (your current message included)
2. Each message must be well thought out and coherently written. (no spam)
3. Each sender must have a post count of above 50 and can't have joined today.
4. Each sender must have known about Plan Zero at least a week prior to now. (no pulling random people off the internet streets)
Send one message to Phantom Wings that is thought out, and isn't spam. Don't tell anyone.

You should pm everyone who has posted in the plan zero topic over there and has over 50 posts. I hope this is successful but I'm a bit doubtful.

Hmm... Well, I've given the matter some thought a whole lot of thought. As some of you may have already guessed, I initially expected this to be impossible - another way of teasing you guys. However, "There's a fine line between cruel and playful - a person will dance that line for kicks, but when he slips over that line, he gets kicked." I was rather amazed at all the effort put into it regardless ( even a youtube video) also, some of you guys brought up some pretty good points in your messages. So you've got me ( I must be going soft) I'll admit that I've taken this a mite bit too far. So allow me to reconcile that by handing over PSA - no tricks, no rickrolls. Project Smash Attacks v.0.1 beta
I'll be looking forward to everyone going crazy whenthey realize they don't understand enough to use it.

It may seem a bit overwhelming, but it's not actually that hard to understand.

I went ahead and created a forum for it. Best of luck abusing and bastardizing characters to your heart's content.

Yeah I looked into it a little and I think, given a bit more time, I could work with it.
But seeing how some people are already overwhelmed by CUPASH ...
