maybe not Winged Cap mode anyway
cuz of the model not working as i wanted then i merge these two models
and i dont think i can do it oneslot like as in SMBZ V2 but atleast we getting Cape/Fire mode now
if just mario got one more model changer in PSA i can use it for raccon mario
i think he got cuz of there is a CapM bone and that kinda of bone is mostly used for model changers in PSA
but not sure if CapM bone is used for Model changer in PSA
so we can get raccon/Fire/cape mario in one PSA(also the most importing powerups in mario in my option)

so i will bring back the old up-B(cape) animations from cape mario PSA and also the animation on the cape
for Side-B it will be Vbrawl mario Animations but edited the cape animation so it looks like the cape over Fludd is animted on RhaveN but sitting on a other bone

ok. you don't need to cuz smbz luigi should only get raccoon powerup and it has to be something special about him too.

anyway after SMBZ moveset V3 is done i am finishing vegeta buu/cell/saiyan saga and add metal texture to them and release them and give Sdo0m the edited models he can use for SSJ mode + model for scouter
also before i upload SMBZ mario moveset V3 i will make a Thread for taking Request to make Fire Transfrom for Mario models/textures but only models of mario like make N64 mario for SMBZ mario moveset V3 not make like Blaze or other char. then mario for mario moveset (will be in model boards) the thread will be closed after afew days and got alot of requests

You taking request with luigi too? or are you only doing my request with raccoon tail? Sorry for asking if it is stupid....

not over FS eyes but over Luigi´s model changer bone for the PSA

well the only thing you need is to hex the bone index of luigi over mario  eyeyellow or the other model changer to match mario this should make the model changer work for luigi over mario
