....i like silver but that chest texture in the pics seems odd

The textures were imported in the wrong format, the one nano imported them in either messes up when imported or that they were imported in a format that doesn't handle alpha layers right. At least this is my guess as to why they look messed up.

i tried the mesh smooth modifier... thats the best it would smooth out 

A cool character is still cool regardless of where he is from  

I don't particularly see the appeal of Silver or Shadow for that matter. They're just re-skins of sonic but with better personalities, 'cause lets face it, Sonic's a tool (and this is coming from a fellow tool   ).

Everyone has their own preferences though  

Awesome work with Silver Nanobud, will he turn invisible during sphere animations? Or did you fix that?  

no sphere... i did that because the falco import uses the sphere as an article, and this is mostly for that (once i get it ported for the PSA)

That's understandable, but could you possibly consider adding the sphere for the just sonic version?

small problem... ridley doesnt match charizards bone structure. at all. just look at the legs... havent tried rigging it yet though.

Try adjusting and resizing the bones then using the animation porter that's whats being used for mewtwo.
